Subaru SVX 3.3 6cyl conversion- SOLD
Hi Guys

i have a complete Subaru 3.3 6cyl conversion for sale, it has just come out of a syncro we sold, fitting a 2.5i 5cyl for the customer,

it includes the following:
3.3 motor with ac and ps, cost R 15K
serviced less than 6oookm ago, new water pump, new timing belt and tensioner cost R 7K
adaptor plate and flywheel to fit VW 2.1 228mm clutch cost R 5.5 K
coil pack VR6 unit cost R 1k
go tech proX management system cost R 5K
custom made headers and exhaust cost R 8k
small car mount system imported from the states, cost R 7K

modified skid plate for a syncro

aircleaner, ps pipes etc etc, another about R2k worth of pipes etc,

so about R 50K all in to get it in a syncro

I want R 30k negotiable for everything

It did have cold starting issues with the Go tech management, so i would try something else personally, once running it was really awesome,

HERE ARE THE SPECS FOR THE MOTOR:
Type: 6-cylinder horizontally-opposed (boxer) for low center of gravity and reduced vibration
Construction: Die-cast aluminum ally block, cast aluminum alloy heads with 4 valves per cylinder and centrally located spark plugs
Valve Train: 24-valve, with dual overhead camshafts (DOHC) and hydraulic valve lash adjusters
Displacement: 3.3 liter / 3318 cc / 202.5 cubic inches
Bore and Stroke: 96.9 mm x 75 mm / 3.815 inches x 2.95 inches
Compression Ratio: 10.0:1
Horsepower: 230 HP @ 5,400 rpm (171 KW)
Torque: 228 NM @ 4,400 rpm
Maximum Engine Speed: 7,000 rpm

This is a great motor for towing, torque is still in the syncro g/box non break area, much like the wbx 6 was,

Re: Subaru SVX 3.3 6cyl conversion
Motor is removed, stock 2.1 is 173 nm, so andreno will be maybe 185 nm.

Not really considering buying this but I'm curious about consumption, do you have any figures?
