Has anybody been up to the top of Matrroosberg 4x4 trail in a Syncro?

RE: Matroosberg 4x4 Trail
Why is it not worth trying. If a ladover or landooser can do it so can a standard syncro in most cases.
Russel I have been told by a few different people that he used it on many occasions to recover other vehicle. As far as I know he still has it. Russel |

RE: Matroosberg 4x4 Trail
Well I'll be there soon for a couple of days and take some pics of how far I can get. They tell me a Syncro has never made it, although many have tried.Mmmm... challenge accepted.

RE: Matroosberg 4x4 Trail
HI
the owner of the farm, Cordre, has/had a syncro for many years ,syncro's have been to the top plenty times, white bus with the cross on the door is Cordre's bus a customer was at de wildt last month, every one told him a syncro has never done "Koos se Klip", so he did it, we have done it 10 or 15 times, easy for a syncro if you drive the right line, Lots of people just say a syncro has never done some thing as they believe it cant do it, syncro's are more capable than many people think, I may be a mechanic, but i can't fix stupid Bad planning on your part does not make your issue an crisis to me Bad workmanship by other garages does not entiltle you to better rates at me Syncro, syncro , syncro and more syncro, this is the syncro way of life |
