Suspension height
Don't know whether it's my imagination, but to me my bus seems lower than other Syncros. I have 50mm spare to clear the entrance to it's garage, so I am considering a 20mm to 30mm lift, don't know how yet. Before I do that, I would like to some comparisons from you guys. Tyres are 15 x 245
Measurements from the floor trough the middle of the wheel to the wheel arch are as follows:
Left front 813mm
RF 815
LR 817
RR 817

Your input is appreciated.
E.

It's not just a 4x4, it's a Syncro........

RE: Suspension height
Your bus is at stock height, 810mm is standard. wheel size does not effect this. yours looks lowers cos the big wheels fill the wheel arches, a 40mm raise kit can be done, call me and we can discuss this.

RE: Suspension height
Stupid question, but how can wheel/tyre size not affect the height, although probably not much?

RE: Suspension height
sorry, you are right it does, was not concentrate-ting, thought you measured the height from the wheel cente to the arch, that does not change, 810mm is standard syncro 14" height, so yours is low.

RE: Suspension height
Hi Enkie and Rhyno,

wheel centre to arch should be about 480mm, 510 is about Max height to go, will measure my bus this evening and let you know,Paul's Doka is 505, so just nice, IMHO 500 to 510 is best, more breaks front Cv's. $40 is low, this measurement is not effected by tyre size at all
